Gifting just got a whole lot more personal—and a whole lot easier.
We’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature that lets you add a custom message to every gift you send. Whether you’re sending one special surprise or scheduling a whole season of thoughtful gestures, you can now include a heartfelt note with each one.
But here’s the best part: you don’t have to stress about finding the perfect words. Our built-in AI assistant is here to help you craft the kind of message that makes people smile, laugh, tear up—or all of the above. Just tell us a little about the occasion, your relationship with the recipient, or the vibe you’re going for, and we’ll suggest a message that fits. Want to keep it short and sweet? Done. Need something clever and witty? We’ve got you. Feel like adding a touch of poetry? We’ll go there too.
And because we’re all about making your life easier, you can now save your favorite gift messages for future use. Found a message that hits just the right note? Save it to your personal message library and reuse it anytime—no rewriting required.
Whether you're thanking a colleague, celebrating a friend’s big day, or just sending a "thinking of you" gift, your message makes it memorable—and now it's easier than ever to get it just right.
So go ahead: personalize every gift, save your best lines, and let us help you say something great.
